Sales Coordinator ( Order Fulfilment )

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support via various communication channels.
• Ensure timely case closure by coordinating with service partners and internal teams.
• Monitor client KPIs and collaborate with stakeholders to address performance gaps.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment pickups.
• Extract data (historical sales, inventory, orders, pricing) to prepare buying spreadsheets.
• Prepare and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring supplier delivery performance is met.
• Maintain SKU pricing data and related information.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Independent, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
