Sales Coordinator / Sales Support (Central / AWS+VB provided)

Responsibilities :

• Assist daily Operations, including preparation of sales quotations and RFQs
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and other documentation as needed
• Coordinate communication between Sales Teams and other relevant departments
• Manage and maintain the ERP system
• Support the Logistics Team to prepare and generate shipment documentation when required
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min diploma holder
• At least 2 years of related sales support / sales coordinator experience required
• Proficiency in MS office
