Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in the preparation of proposals, quotes, contracts, and sales reports.
- Maintain and update sales documentation, including invoices, contracts, and client information.
- Coordinate sales team meetings, and manage calendars, schedules, and client appointments.
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person, providing information about products and services.
- Process sales orders and follow up on order status, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.
- Liaise between customers and the internal departments (logistics, finance, engineering, etc.) to ensure the efficient execution of orders.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for product availability.
- Support the preparation of marketing materials and product presentations.
- Track sales metrics, generate reports, and assist the sales team in meeting their sales targets.
- Manage the CRM system, ensuring all client data is up to date.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales support or similar role.
- Familiar with sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Must be sensitive to numbers and comfortable with medium to slightly complex calculations and able to use formula in Excel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate professional minutes of meeting and presentations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support a dynamic sales team.
- Problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
