Sales cum Operations Assistant/ Executive

Job Description

• Process Arowana sales orders, including invoicing and administrative tasks.
• Handle the processing and fulfillment of online sales orders and logistics-related matters.
• Update sales and customer records regularly.
• Liaise with existing local customers regarding orders through online chat, phone calls, and emails.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via online chat, phone calls, and emails.
• Maintain accurate product information, including promotional pricing and inventory.
• Analyze sales performance, market competition, and trends to suggest improvements.
• Involves in sales exhibitions.
• Keep detailed records of Arowana movement tagging.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Min. O Level / Diploma Holder
• Preferably with some sales support experience
• Salary commensurate with experience
• Required to liaise with Mandarin and English speaking customers (in order to provide assistance, handle queries, request and concerns from customers)
• On Job Training will be provided
• Comfortable working in a fish farm environment
