STOREFRIENDLY is one of Singapore's leading provider of self-storage solutions and the only provider in Singapore that has incorporated the usage of robotic self-storage technology. Our customers are mainly businesses and individuals who require clean, safe, climate-controlled and 24/7 access storage.

The Group expanded rapidly since its inception in 2019 and now has 7 branches conveniently located in Paya Lebar, Ubi, Bedok, Bukit Merah, Leng Kee, Clementi and Jurong East . To complement its suite of self-storage solutions, the Group also added moving services, wine storage and co-working spaces to our product offerings for customers.

With the opening of the new branch in Jurong East and expansion of existing branches, Storefriendly plans to accelerate its expansion in 2025. Therefore the Group is now recruiting more motivated, dynamic and friendly individuals to join the Team to support its expansion initiatives:

SALES / CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICERS

Highlights

  • 9 am to 6 pm (no shift) - suitable for candidates with family or study commitments.
  • Company will consider posting to most convenient branch for candidate.

The Job

  • Follow up on sales enquiries from online channels, call-ins, emails, messages and/or referrals
  • Understand customers requirements and recommend our products and services as solutions
  • Provide quotations, follow ups and maintain necessary communication with customers
  • Helping customers on-site to select suitable storage units, service and/or merchandise
  • Process rental / renewal agreements, collect payment and maintain timely and accurate records
  • Help customers to resolve requests or issues with their storage
  • Check, report and follow-up on any maintenance issues required in the branch you are in-charge of.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required

It will be advantageous if you also have at least 1 year working experience, especially if in sales/customer service and can start work immediately.
