Our client, a leading loyalty and partner relationship management tech and marketing vendor, develops award winning loyalty marketing programs for its clients all over the world including in APAC, US and EMEA. With a wide industry coverage across Technology, FMCG, Manufacturing and others, they have strong partner and client relationships globally with leading MNCs.

They are looking to hire a Sales Development Representative to enhance their business growth by connecting with and nurturing high-quality leads. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an award winning marketing and technology agency.

about the job

As a Sales Development Representative, you will focus on converting marketing-qualified leads into sales-ready opportunities. This position is an excellent opportunity to bridge the gap between Marketing and Sales. Key responsibilities include:

  • Initiate contact with potential leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, video conferences, and social media.
  • Develop a deep understanding of prospects needs to align them with product and service offerings.
  • Introduce offerings and provide clear information to potential clients.
  • Evaluate marketing-generated leads to determine their fit with ideal customer profile.
  • Gather requirements from leads to establish qualified sales opportunities before passing them to the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create content that nurtures leads and enhances customer engagement.
  • Document interactions and work closely with the Sales team to track pipeline activities.

skills and experience required

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognised institution is highly preferred.
  • At least 2 years in a sales / business development representative and/or inside sales experience role.
  • Prior experience in outbound sales, prospecting, lead qualification and setting up of sales appointments
  • Experience in the sales of ERP or SaaS products to B2B customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM or loyalty solutions is advantageous.
  • Proficient in digital tools for analyzing prospects businesses.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and communication skills to interface between internal stakeholders and clients
