. Responsible for achieving the stipulated sales target set by company.
. Formulate offline sales strategy, develop, and organize the implementation of a comprehensive sales plan, lead the team to translate the plan into sales results.
. Actively seek out new sales opportunities by identifying and targeting potential customers in the enterprise software market, with a preference for those needing Edutech and Office Automation (OA) systems solution.
. Stay informed about software industry trends, competitive services, and market conditions.
. Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing/new clients to understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
. Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related
. Preferred qualifications include 5 years or more of B2B software sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets. Prior sales experience in the Edutech and OA office software industry is desirable.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. Must maintain high professional and technical knowledge standard.
. Fluency in English and Chinese to interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients or staff at the China branch.
