We are a tuition center with a strong reputation and wide popularity. We are expanding and are hiring a Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
. Sourcing of new Clients
. Servicing current Clients and maintaining good relationship
. Arranging of appointments
. Handle enquiries on sales,
. Ensure continued maintenance of business and maximize growth potential of company
. Drive performance and achieve growth plan with sales activities aligned with company's direction
. Perform competitor and market analysis to formulate new strategies for business growth
Requirements:
. Min 2 years of experience in Sales/Education/Tuition industry
. Good communication and negotiation skills (English and Chinese)
. Strong account development and management skills
Remuneration:
. Basic Salary + Incentives up to $8000
. 12 days Annual Leave per year
. Standard Sick Leave & Hospitalization & Child Care leave, Marriage leave, Paternity, Maternity, Covid19 Booster leaves
. monthly incentives
Working Hours: 4.5 days,
Wed to Fri: 11-8pm
Sat: 8.45am to 6.15pm
Sun half day
Some flexible hours to WFH
Off Day - Mon, Tue & Public Holiday
High incentives on top of basic salary.
