Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in mainstream server or data center network equipment manufacturers, especially in Southeast Asia, particularly in internet companies and data center companies in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Customer Relationship: Familiar with customer relationship development, able to enter the circle of decision-makers, with good interpersonal communication and influence.
  • Bidding Process: Familiar with the bidding process and control actions, able to efficiently manage projects and ensure successful bidding.
  • Market Insight: Understands the latest trends and demands in the Southeast Asia data center market, and can adjust sales strategies according to market changes.
  • Government Relations: Familiarity with Malaysia's Data Center Task Force or personnel/processes related to Singapore's data center approval and certification departments is a plus.
  • Technical Background: Possesses a deep understanding of data center technologies, including data center architecture, network solutions, and server technologies.
  • Solution Selling: Capable of designing and recommending comprehensive solutions based on customer needs, with cross-departmental collaboration skills to drive project implementation.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese and English, able to communicate effectively with customers from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant sales experience, with successful cases preferred.
  • Skill Requirements: Familiar with data center technology, with a certain technical background and product knowledge, able to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Professional Certifications: Holding relevant industry certifications (such as Cisco CCIE, Arista certifications, etc.) is a plus.
