Sales Director, SEA

An exciting Sales Director for Southeast Asia (SEA) for a power electronics manufacturer has just become available at one of the most reputable international companies. This is a role for someone who has strong sales experience in the power solutions industry.

About the Sales Director role:

In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for the development and expansion of the SEA region, to implement effective sales and expand the power electronics solutions within the rapidly growing data center market.

Key Responsibilities:

• To analyze market trends and competitors and formulate effective sales & marketing strategies
• To achieve sales targets and performance goals in overseas region (SEA)
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the adoption of our existing products across SEA region
• Lead and manage the full sales cycle, including identifying opportunities, prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
• Identify and capture new business opportunities within the data center market

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in the Electronics or Electrical field
• Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering or relevant discipline
• Willingness to travel extensively within SEA region
• Existing relationships with key stakeholders in the data center industry across SEA including operations, contractors, system integrators and OEMs will be preferred
