The Sales Enablement Specialist (SE) for Leica Biosystems will help set up standard work to drive critical Funnel Management KPI focus on a timely manner, on funnel sufficient and hygiene. The SE will be a critical support to the GM (once having full understanding of the business), what current and future changes in forecast will impact the regions commitment and to assist the GM to put countermeasures to improve outlook. Partnering with sales team you will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for the transforming the sales process. Success is measured the funnel health and hygiene and the overall business impact for the region.
As a sales support lead for SG, the responsibility is to support the Singapore Sales team on commercial operations task (tenders matters, CPQs quotes support, customer contract commitments & etc.).
This position is part of the Commercial Department of LBS located in Singapore and will be Onsite. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.
You will be a part of the Commercial Team and report to the General Manager, SEA/HKTW, who is responsible for driving solution selling in Private Hospitals & Laboratories space in SEA/HKTW.
