The
Sales Enablement Specialist (SE) for Leica Biosystems will help set up standard work to drive critical Funnel Management KPI focus on a timely manner, on funnel sufficient and hygiene. The SE will be a critical support to the GM (once having full understanding of the business), what current and future changes in forecast will impact the regions commitment and to assist the GM to put countermeasures to improve outlook. Partnering with sales team you will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for the transforming the sales process. Success is measured the funnel health and hygiene and the overall business impact for the region.
As a sales support lead for SG, the responsibility is to support the Singapore Sales team on commercial operations task (tenders matters, CPQs quotes support, customer contract commitments & etc.).
This position is part of the Commercial Department of LBS located in Singapore and will be Onsite. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.
You will be a part of the Commercial Team and report to the General Manager, SEA/HKTW, who is responsible for driving solution selling in Private Hospitals & Laboratories space in SEA/HKTW. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and support commercial team on funnel management in SFDC.
- Supporting ad hoc Operations reporting requirement with data mining from either SAP or BW or collaborating with Finance for LucaNet data or Finance related reports.
- Consolidating weekly order and sales commentaries for weekly and monthly forecast submission from countries within APAC. auto mation
- Lead, driving and assist in updating weekly SEA Growth Room.
- Lead Salesforce.com initiatives (Commercial dashboards and reviews) at SEA level and cascading the best practices into countries within SEA.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- 4-6 years experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Sales Force. Added advantage if there are skill on SAP to Salesforce quoting system (CPQ) Integration, SAP BW.
- Strong ability to use Salesforce to create reports, dashboard for reviews.
