Purpose of the Job
To achieve monthly and annual rental & sales revenue by servicing new and existing customers through renting & selling of Choon Huat's construction equipment to the construction industry.
Job Description
- Create new accounts and identify new business opportunities in the equipment rental & sales business
- Development of new customers and new applications / solutions for existing customers
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to the management
- To ensure that the network of current and potential customers is expanded and maintained through weekly external face to face and telephone sales calls
- Coordinate and liaise with Operation Department pertaining to sales order and after sales supports
- Communicate technical expectation to the customer relating to the proposed solution, Choon Huat's fleet, installation, operation and maintenance of all services provide
- Take on call responsibility as required, and promote all Choon Huat products and services at all times
- Cultivate relationships with existing and potential customers and
- Submit sales activity reports regularly.
Requirements
- No prior experience required. Bonus if the candidate has an experience in renewable energy technologies (solar, wind, energy storage, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Product training will be provided.
- Possess a valid Singapore driving licence.
