Job Description

Company Overview:
DR Laser Singapore, a subsidiary of listed company Wuhan DR Laser Technology Co., Ltd, is expanding its presence in the semiconductor foundry market. We specialize in providing advanced specialty gases to frontend semiconductor manufacturers, helping them meet their production and technology demands.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to drive the growth of our specialty gas product line in the semiconductor foundry industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in understanding customer needs, promoting our solutions, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share for specialty gases in the semiconductor foundry sector.
  • Engage with semiconductor customers to understand their technical and operational needs and offer relevant products.
  • Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer Q&A to ensure product understanding.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders for the delivery and storage of specialty gases products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, technical support, or engineering roles within the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven track record in sales, with strong problem-solving and customer interaction skills.
  • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits, conferences, and meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with advanced semiconductor materials, photolithography, etching, and deposition processes.
  • Experience working with semiconductor foundry customers in Singapore and Malaysia region.
