Responsibilies: .
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and support. .
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth. .
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for mee ng sales targets and deliverables. .
- Provide technical expertise and support during client interac ons, including product demonstrations and presentations. .
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our solutions. .
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to enhance our offerings and improve the sales process.
Requirements: .
- Proven experience in a sales or sales engineering role, preferably within the data centre industry. .
- Strong customer relationship management skills with a customer-centric approach. .
- Excellent communica on and presentation skills, capable of engaging with clients at all levels. .
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deliver on business objectives. .
- Technical background with a solid understanding of data centre technologies is a plus. .
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
