Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients to provide specialized solutions for their processes.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, generating leads to post-sale support.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and work closely with technical and R&D departments to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Contribute to business development by identifying market trends and growth opportunities in the region.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate and finalize sales by reaching mutually agreed terms and conditions.
- Provide ongoing support after sales are completed.
- Manage and organize client accounts.
- Evaluate costs and sales performance.
- Prepare and submit weekly management reports.
- Consistently work to meet sales targets.
- Maintain and update client contact information.
- Participate in marketing activities, such as trade shows, conferences, and other events.
- Deliver technical presentations and showcase how products meet client needs.
- Offer technical support and product training before sales.
- Assist the sales manager with data analysis and sales presentations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in metrology sales or scientific equipment sales. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Degree in Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or any related engineering
- Candidate with knowledge of lab equipment or metrology equipment in semiconductor process will be an advantage.
- Attractive remuneration package which includes basic salary + AWS + Variable Bonus + Transportation Allowance and others await the successful candidate.
