Business development, retain and grow existing customer base and develop new business for the region with the incorporation of marketing activities.
Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets/goals.
Convert prospects to generate sales /business for region growth.
Maintain customer/prospect relationships via personal visits, email, phone correspondence, and other manners of contact such as professional organizations, social media sites etc.
Ensure proper documentation like technical data and share right information with customers.
Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, R&D, and Regulatory organizations to successfully deliver business plan targets
Monitor markets and competition by collecting various product, pricing and relevant information.
Report progress, metrics and analyses to management on sales and other activities at regular intervals.
Develop and maintain high level proficiency in navigating and using all company software.
Plans /support/co-ordinates advertising and promotional activities, including print, online, electronic media and direct mail within sales territory.
Attend and actively participate in all required meetings. Represent company at trade shows to promote product.
Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and meet the deadlines.
Other duties as required or needed by superior /management.
