Roles & Responsibilities
This position reports to the Assistant/Deputy Sales Manager/Director to provide sales, purchase and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist salesperson on quotation follow up
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and quotations
- Co-ordinate the flow of information accurately and rightly between sales, customers, delivery team
- To liaise with suppliers on purchase orders
- To source for products from suppliers
- Any other ad-hoc duties, as and when assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Effective team player
- Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced level)
