Job Scope
As our Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationship with customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, a deep understanding of the food industry, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Arrange appointments through cold calling
- To find new business opportunities by hunting for leads through cold-calling, networking and referrals.
- Actively pursue and acquire new customers by field visits
- Identify and enlarge targeted customer base
- Ability to manage customers of small to medium size business ranging from hawker stalls to fine dining restaurants
- Develop and maintain good relationship with new and existing customers
- Achieve and exceed weekly sales call target set by company
- Drive and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass the company's revenue targets
- Follow up payments with customers
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE/N level/O level/Diploma
- At least 2 years experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the frozen food industry
- Excellent verbal and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service mentality
- Familiar with SFA regulations, food industry trends and various sales strategies to get new customers
