Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients.
- Develop and finalize business proposals & contracts, aligning with both organizational and client requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations & proposals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to management.
- Gather client feedback to improve our products/ services and sales processes.
- Developing and overseeing the budget, grants, milestone delivery, and claims status for the resources, systems or tools implemented.
- Any other related task and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- O level /Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication skills (Spoken and Written)
- Meticulous, highly organized and team-player.
- Self-driven, adaptive and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
