Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of business clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to secure sales and ensure client satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the furniture, lighting, or hospitality industry.
- Education: Diploma in Business, Marketing, Interior Design or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with business clients.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a results-driven approach.
