Position Overview:

As a Sales Executive at Cowpresso, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new wholesale leads, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our client base within the B2B segment. Your goal will be to bring Cowpresso's high-quality coffee products and equipment to more businesses, enhancing their operations and delighting their customers.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled sales professional with a genuine love for coffee and an entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and skilled at closing deals and building long-term partnerships. As part of our team, you'll contribute to our mission of delivering quality coffee experiences by securing meaningful partnerships and helping our brand grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. New Business Development & Lead GenerationActively identify, approach, and secure new wholesale clients, focusing on cafs, restaurants, hotels, and corporate clients.
    Conduct research and leverage market knowledge to identify potential business opportunities within various industries.
    Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent sales activities that align with company growth targets.
    Build strategies to enter new markets or client segments that could benefit from Cowpresso's products and services.
  2. Client Relationship ManagementCultivate and maintain professional relationships with both potential and existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
    Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries, providing product recommendations, and assisting with technical support where necessary.
    Conduct client follow-ups, ensuring their ongoing needs are met and identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts.
  3. Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.
    Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement sales campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
    Leverage CRM tools to monitor and manage sales activities, including tracking key metrics such as lead conversion rates, sales cycle length, and revenue growth.
    Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine and improve the sales approach continuously.
  4. Product Knowledge & TrainingDemonstrate thorough knowledge of Cowpresso's range of products, including coffee beans, brewing equipment, and accessories.
    Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and competitors products, using this knowledge to educate clients and provide them with value-added insights.
    Conduct client training sessions, demonstrations, or presentations to showcase product benefits and features, adapting the approach to meet various client needs.
  5. Professional Development & Team CollaborationWork closely with the operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize the sales process.
    Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts to senior management.
    Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent Cowpresso and stay connected with the latest industry developments.
