Sales Executive cum Purchaser

Job Description:

• To issue quotations based on customers requirements and follow up on quotations and purchase orders.
• To keep track of the sales team's communication with customers.
• To prepare shipping and invoicing documents for daily deliveries and email to customers.
• To handle purchase orders and ensure products are ordered and delivered promptly.
• To assist senior manager for factory quality and pricing comparison and sourcing new factories.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Willing to travel, outgoing character.
• 1 - 3 years Sales experience.
