Job Title: Sales Executive - Freshers (0-3 Years Experience)

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience, looking to kickstart their career in sales within the tech industry. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, highly motivated, and passionate about building relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on the sale of data backup services.
- Engage in lead generation and identify potential customers for our cloud-based data backup services.
- Work closely with the Pre-Sales and Support teams to understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultative sales calls.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team regarding market trends and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Freshers or 0-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Singaporean candidates are preferred.
- Fluency in both Mandarin (Chinese) and English is mandatory, as the role involves communication with both local and international clients.
- A strong passion for sales and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and confident manner.
- Proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cloud services or data backup solutions is a plus but not mandatory.
