We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth in the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within your designated territory, developing relationships with clients, and ensuring the consistent achievement of sales targets.

Sales & Business Developments
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand industry trends.
- Responsible for developing new prospects, maintaining existing accounts in the Hospitality Industry.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients
- Identify product improvements on new products and monitor current trends in the industry with competitors and market activities.
Account Management & Growth:
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collections and manage receivables effectively.
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Reports & Analysis:
- Compile market information (Example: market trend, competitors information) and analyze sales data to prepare detailed weekly progress reports.
- Generate comprehensive monthly sales reports to inform management decisions.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service,addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the Sales Director from time to time.
Job Requirement
- Minimum GCE O level or equivalent
- Candidates must have a minimum of 1-3 years work experience in sales or marketing area, preferably in hospitality industry.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Proven sales experience in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong multitasking abilities and patience in fast-paced environments.
