MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES_
- Managing and developing a portfolio of Key Accounts
Managing the entire sales cycle from finding clients to securing deals, facilitating the smooth flow of information from client enquiry, order purchase to retaining supportive clients- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximise market share
Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics- Conduct sales presentation to new clients and refreshers for existing ones
Identifying and taking opportunity to strike exclusive deals with existing clients and potential prospects to maintain and nurture positive, long-lasting business relationships
- Stay up-to-date with market and industry changes to identify latest needs and demands
Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their needs, staying up-to-date with latest company offerings and presenting them as effective solutions- Attend to client feedbacks and complaints, providing prompt solutions to resolve issues to customers satisfaction
Negotiate agreements and keep up-to-date records of sales and client data

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES_
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Preferably with good English and Chinese proficiency (to liaise with mandarin speaking clients)
