Job Description
Job Title: Sales Exec - IT Software and Testing
Location: Southeast Asia Countries (frequent travel to China required)
Language: Mandarin speaking is essential
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves account management to our clients to maintain client relationships, maintain an ongoing revenue stream from licensed product renewals, and introduce additional solution-based value propositions within a well-established long term client base. The account base spans Korea, Japan, Taiwan, China, Europe, and the US. The primary focus is on selling cutting-edge test tools (licensed software products) and testing services to manufacturers of TVs, consumer electronics, semiconductor manufacturers, and TV platform operators. The role also includes cross-selling other valuable services such as cybersecurity and broader software testing.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through regular engagement and support
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Identify and pursue new business value propositions within existing clients
Develop and implement strategies to expand our clients portfolios of solutions
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling proposals and presentations
Promote and sell our range of test tools and testing services
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell cybersecurity and other software testing services
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive and strategic account management
Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities
Provide valuable feedback to the product development team to enhance our offerings
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of customers in Southeast Asia
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the technology or electronics
Experience in software licensed product selling or SaaS sales is a must
Experience in account management and business development
Familiarity with selling software products and services is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Mandarin is essential
Willingness to travel frequently to China and other regions as needed
Adaptability to different cultures and business practices in Southeast Asia
