Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence, developing new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with clients in the Japanese Food & Beverage market.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Japanese Food & Beverage market,
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and negotiation skills.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the frozen meat or food industry. Inexperienced candidates are warmly welcomed as well as there will be a mentor assigned for guidance.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the frozen meat sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Japanese speaking as this job is focused on Japanese Food & Beverage market
