Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Understand and engage the local and international B2B clients.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to maximize revenue.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Diploma in IT/ Business or related fields.
  • At least 2 year relevant experience in SaaS or solution sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in handling education sector accounts will have advantage.
  • Strong client management & account servicing experience.
  • Self-driven, independent and able to work in cross-team effort.
