Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting furniture products, providing personalized recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
Demonstrate product features and benefits, including material quality, design elements, and functionality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, including arranging furniture displays and restocking inventory.
  • Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Stay informed about current promotions, discounts, and product offerings to effectively upsell and cross-sell additional items.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.


Requirements:
  • Prior working experience in the furniture industry
Good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented
  • Available to work on weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,
  • 00 - $4,000.00 per month
