Sales Executive (LED Screens, Sound Equipment, and Lighting Equipment Rental)

Job Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition and Conversion

Leverage your existing client network to bring quality business opportunities to the company quickly.

Build strong relationships with target groups, such as event planning companies and end-users.

2. Sales and Business Promotion

Promote the company's LED screens, sound equipment, and lighting solutions, highlighting our competitive advantages.

Provide professional rental advice and customized solutions tailored to client needs.

3. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain and strengthen collaborations with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities.

Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

4. Market Research and Feedback

Monitor market trends and competition closely, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

Gather client feedback to help improve products and services continually.

Requirements

1. Age: Under 35, young, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

2. Client Network: A strong network of contacts, particularly with event planning companies and end-users, is preferred.

3. Industry Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience in AV equipment rental or event planning-related industries, with the ability to hit the ground running.

4. Results-Oriented: A strong sense of sales targets and results-driven mindset, capable of achieving independent sales performance.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client trust.

6. Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus.

7. Personality Traits: Proactive, team-oriented, and able to handle tasks independently.

A ready-to-tap network of event planning companies or clients, enabling quick project acquisition.

In-depth knowledge of Singapore's event planning and execution market with a solid understanding of the industry.
