Our client provides premium elevator solutions in Singapore. They are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join their growing team!
Reporting to: Director
Responsibilities
80% Hunting - 20% Farming
- Perform the sales activity and achieve sales targets by building new client relationships
- Establish and develop new businesses and customer relationships
- Support in contract management including negotiations, consultations, and follow-up on billing and proposal matters
- Engage in sales activities such as sales presentations, attending site surveys, and contract negotiation.
- Analyze market data as required and sell new business solutions
- Provide timely reports to the management
Requirements & Preferences
(Must)
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the Lift/Elevator/Construction industry
- Extensive network within the Lift and Elevator industry
- Possess a valid driving license in Singapore
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin stakeholders
- Sales and target driven, aggressive, and always stay positive to make things happen!
- Comfortable working within a smaller sized of company and independent!
(Advantageous)
- Diploma in Engineering
- Available on short notice or within 1 month

What you will receive
- Attractive Commission: SGD 1,000 per lift sold
- Annual Leave: 12 days per year
- Medical Leave: 14 days per year
- Company's car for sales activity purposes
