Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Attend to walk-in customers in the showroom and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
Develop and apply product knowledge to make recommendations, proposals, and quotations for customers needs.
Proactively handle sales enquiries by replying and following up closely on enquiries received via WhatsApp, email, or phone calls, and process sales orders using the company POS.
Maintain awareness of stock levels and prepare stock forecasts for upcoming purchase orders.
Achieve monthly sales targets as set by the company.
Manage and maintain a positive image of the showroom, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
Develop and maintain good customer relationships and database.
Manage own sales and after-sales service, handling complaints and claims raised by customers.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
Stay informed about current promotions, discounts, and product offerings to effectively upsell and cross-sell additional items.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the furniture industry.
Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Punctual, approachable, and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
Available to work on weekends and holidays
Formal education in interior design or related fields.
