Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential furniture clients through research, networking, and cold-calling to build a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Conduct tailored presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients to showcase furniture solutions that meet specific needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to negotiate terms and finalize contracts, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with company standards.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and encouraging referrals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth in the furniture division.
  • Keep informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to spot new opportunities for furniture sales.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, covering sales activity, lead pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the furniture industry or a contract-based role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working Hours 5.5 work weeks. Mon-Fri
