# Sales & Customer Service:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Drive sales by offering product knowledge, promotions, and upselling opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
# Store Operations:
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Ensure that products are well-stocked, properly labeled, and displayed according to company standards.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the point-of-sale system accurately.
# Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest product offerings, features, and promotions.
- Provide customers with detailed information about products, including benefits and usage.
- Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
# Inventory Management:
- Assist in inventory management by conducting stock counts, monitoring inventory levels, and reporting discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the stockroom to ensure timely replenishment of products on the sales floor.
- Assist in the receiving and organizing of new stock deliveries.
# Sales Reporting:
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to the store manager.
- Analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Participate in setting and achieving sales targets and goals.
# Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members to create a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to store improvement initiatives.
- Provide support to colleagues during peak periods or special promotions.
