Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development of all channels and sales.
  • Implement and complete the sales targets, distribution standards set by the company.
  • Communicate with customers, follow up and implementation. Grasps sales trend and regularly update to superior.
  • Regularly collection of competitive product information, sales strategies, customer's and vendors feedback. Report to immediate superior with reference opinion
  • Responsible for following up on maintenance and replacement service of customers on after sales to ensure high efficiency and customer service
  • Maintain good communication skills with customers as well as suppliers/vendors
  • Responsible in helping customers to increase their awareness of arrangement of prices. Strictly implement the price control, promptly solve problem and report to immediate superior if found any difficulties faced
  • Placement of items / display standard must be coordinated and based on company's requirement and permission.

Requirements

  • Working in smartphone domain (or high-tech hardware industry) is preferred
  • Bilingual is preferred (in order to build and strengthen the relationships with English and Mandarin speaking clients, outlet's personnel, and relevant parties to ensure smooth operations e.g. promotion arrangement, stock ordering, replenishment, etc.)
  • Able to work in outdoor environment
