Office location: 15 Pandan Crescent, #M3-B, Singapore 128470.
You will be responsible for customer acquisition and servicing, by engaging with strategic channel partners and resellers to sell our products. This includes selling smartphones, prepaid cards, and any other smart products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Grow the company's customer base through new customer acquisition and maintain existing customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
- Manage customer inquiries, provide quotes, and assist customers with any sales-related issues or concerns, including payment-related inquiries.
- Visit existing and potential customers to gather information on market conditions, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
- Gather and analyze sales data, prepare weekly reports on sales activities and customer visits, and create sales forecasts reports with the aim of encouraging repeat purchases.
- Perform all assigned duties as well as additional ad-hoc duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in selling electronic or telecommunication products through retail channels or relevant experience.
- Must own a vehicle.
