Position Requirements:
Market Research and Analysis
- Collect market information, analyze market demand and competitive situation, and formulate corresponding market strategies.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and other activities to expand the company's brand awareness.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop new customers, maintain existing customer relationships, and explore potential customer needs.
- Regularly visit customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and other related matters to enhance customer satisfaction.
Sales Planning and Execution
- Formulate personal sales plans and complete the sales tasks and targets issued by the company.
- Introduce the company's products and services to customers, conduct demonstrations, and provide quotations.
- Sign sales contracts, follow up on contract execution, and ensure timely payback.
Team Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to ensure the smooth running of projects.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role
- Skills: Effective communication, team collaboration, self-motivation, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, ability to work under pressure, presentation skills.
- Language: Fluency in Chinese is essential to liaise with our Chinese speaking counterparts in China
- Personality: Detail-oriented, responsible, and outgoing.
- Willing to travel (within APAC region)
