We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves identifying and closing sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand the company's products and services thoroughly.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Report sales activities and performance to management.
Collaborate with marketing and customer service departments.
Monitor customers credit facilities for prompt payments.
Handle customer complaints and quality issues.
Oversee and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Analyze sales reports and execute necessary actions.
Visit retailers, take orders, and promote additional items.
Update customer order data and introduce new products.
Actively seek new sales opportunities through various channels.
Monitor and follow up on overdue payments.
Participate in roadshows and events.
Perform delivery duties if necessary.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Proven experience in a sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic and sales passion.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS Systems.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of market research and sales principles.
