Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Proactively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients to understand their preferences and concerns.
- Develop and deliver tailored presentations on products and services.
- Generate regular reports and reviews, incorporating sales and financial data.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
- Negotiate and finalize deals, addressing any complaints or objections that arise.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve improved results.
- Collect feedback from customers or prospects and share insights with internal teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CW software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline (SCM knowledge will be a plus)
