Job Description

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.45pm
Alternate Saturday, 8.30am to 12.30pm (WFH)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
  • Proactively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Schedule meetings with prospective clients to understand their preferences and concerns.
  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations on products and services.
  • Generate regular reports and reviews, incorporating sales and financial data.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals, addressing any complaints or objections that arise.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve improved results.
  • Collect feedback from customers or prospects and share insights with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CW software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Degree/Diploma in any discipline (SCM knowledge will be a plus)
