Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated retail sales representative with genuine interest in our brand and real passion for sport, wellness and design. You will become a Technogym Expert, able to provide a Wellness experience via impeccable customer experience to our clients who will become true brand ambassadors.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed boutique sales targets by demonstrating a commitment to outstanding service and dedication to Technogym's brand values.
  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Build meaningful connections with clients both in-store and through targeted outreach, fostering loyalty and a memorable client experience.
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish relationships with potential Technogym brand ambassadors, partners, and influencers to broaden brand presence and impact.
  • Deliver an Exceptional Brand Experience: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and provide a consultative, personalized shopping experience that embodies our premium brand ethos.
  • Engage with Local Communities: Actively engage with local communities and businesses to drive brand awareness and attract new clientele, while nurturing existing client relationships to inspire long-term loyalty.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Represent the Technogym brand at key industry events and exhibitions, actively gathering leads and turning connections into successful client relationships.
  • Resolve Client Concerns: Manage customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Create an Immersive Shopping Experience: Promote a unique and inspiring environment through immersive storytelling, top-tier service, and an inviting sales approach.
  • CRM Management: Maintain an up-to-date CRM database, recording client interactions to ensure a seamless and informed client experience.
  • Brand Presentation: Ensure boutique visual standards align with corporate guidelines, presenting a consistent and aspirational brand image.
  • Stay Informed on Brand Initiatives: Be well-versed in all current brand activities, new product launches, events, and marketing initiatives to share relevant information with clients authentically.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or higher in a relevant business discipline is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a client advisory or sales role, ideally within luxury or high-end retail brands, demonstrating a strong understanding of premium client service.
  • A results-driven sales mentality with a proactive approach to business development and client relationship building.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain valuable connections, along with a solid understanding of local markets and media channels to enhance brand visibility.
  • Comfortable with store operation applications (e.g., Salesforce) and a willingness to build proficiency with new tools and technology.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for design, luxury goods, Italian craftsmanship, art, fashion, sports and healthy lifestyle.
  • A personal dedication to fitness and wellness is a plus, ideally demonstrated by a high standard of personal wellness habits.
  • An innovative and self-driven mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Skilled in creating, nurturing, and expanding a professional network that contributes to long-term business success.
