Job Description:
. Handle sales enquiries and order processing
. Provide administrative support to ensure sales efficiency.
. Attend to customer enquiries, generate sales orders, delivery orders and customer invoicing
. Maintain good relationships and rapports with customers and buyers via email and telephone
. Maintain a well-organized record of customer database
. Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirement:
. Candidate must possess at least a higher secondary/ NITEC, Diploma, Degree in any field
. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
. Service oriented and ability to work in a team with good communication skills.
. Working Location: 60 Benoi Road (Beside Joo Koon MRT)
. Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)
. Alternate Sat - 8.30 am to 12.30pm (consider as overtime)
