Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive

Job Description

• Establish new and maintain existing relationships with clients
• Organise sales visits
• Managing and interpreting client requirements
• Advise clients how the product or service will best satisfy their needs
• Prepare fee proposal and presentations
• Prepare project costing analysis and update project information
• Review and negotiate tender and contract terms
• Attend site walks
• Negotiate and close sales
• Coordinate sales projects
• Organise marketing events that the company participates in

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor degree
• At least 2 years of professional sales experience in technical, product or consultancy sales, preferably in ACMV
• Those with more than 3 years of professional sales experience in relevant industries will be considered for Senior Sales position
• Driven, proactive, possess a determined aptitude and positive attitude
• Possesses strong technical, organisational and analytical skills
• Have good interpersonal, verbal and written skills
• Have initiative and possess desire to learn
• Able to multi-task and work as a team
• Able to work independently
