We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Building/Construction/Property industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction or real estate sector.
Salary is excluding sales commission.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building/construction/property sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products or services
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Willing to learn and a good attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the building/construction/property industry is a plus
