Responsibilities
- To accomplish sales objective established by management
- Represent the company and be acknowledged as an expert in the automotive industry.
- Be a hunter to discover opportunities from the automotive industry and prospective client for expansion.
- Preserve and manage excellent customer relationship while comprehending customer needs and delivers value.
- Serve as an exemplar who embraces company vision, mission and values, with emphasis on personal responsibility, business acumen and disciplined execution
- Ensure there is constant communication to the leadership team on current trends, issues, problems and activities to facilitate product making and/or strategy development
- Communicate effectively with dealers and customers on the terms and conditions to ensure accountability for timely payments.
Requirements:
- Experience with spare parts sales in manufacturing / automotive industry
- Ideally with technical / engineering background
- Must have class 3 Driving LIcense with own vehicle
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive work attitude and ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Attractive Salary Remuneration includes: Basic + Commission + Transpo allowance + Bonus
