We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales with a passion for the media and creative industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
Research and identify potential clients and markets, and develop strategies to reach and engage them.Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
Establish strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty.Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Cold Leads to Warm Leads:
Proficiently generate cold leads and convert them into warm leads through strategic follow-ups and engagement.Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and challenges.Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's network and business prospects.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status, and provide regular reports to management.
Education:
A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the media or creative industry.Skills:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in generating cold leads and converting them into warm leads.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
