Duties and responsibilities- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
Maintain and update customer databases and records.- Maintain records of delivery documents.
Process sales orders and generate sales-related documents accurately and efficiently via the ERP system- Receive Orders via various channels/platforms and organize daily/advance orders.
Coordinate with the packhouse department to ensure timely delivery of products.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
- Process sellable product records in the ERP system
Track customers online payment logs and coordinate with the accounts department to maintain payment records.
- Other Ad Hoc duties as assigned by management.
