Job Description & Requirements

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle sales inquires and communicate effectively with clients
• Develop detailed, quotations to align project requirements
• Followup with clietns and build strong relationship
• Flair in design able to sketch fast and produce a good design concept
• Good understanding of materials cost and application
• Responsible for project deliverables, meeting overall project design schedules
• Result-oriented and passionate to deliver projects successfully
• Able to work independently
• Value support and cultivate cooperation among colleagues
• Work closely with the team , coordinate and implement the interior design of projects
• Liaison with client, sub-contractor

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proffesional certificate in Interior Design
• 2-5 years of local working experience
• Desire to grow professionally are welcome
• Preferable experience in the workplace
• Fluent in spoken and written (English/ Chinese)
• Strong presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
