Sales Interior Designer | Up to $2.8k | Macpherson
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days [10am - 6pm / 10am - 2pm]
- Basic $2300 - $2800 + Commission
- Location: Near MacPherson MRT
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a design related discipline.
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Experience in Condo and Landed properties construction is preferred
- Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Space planning, Designing, 3D Sketchup
Jobs Scope:
- Manage sales enquiry
- Understand homeowners requirement and prepare for design proposal/moodboard
- Drafting of 2D spatial plan layouts
- Prepare BQ quotations
- Work effectively with client, vendors to address client's requirements
- Work with Project Manager to ensure full onsite project completion
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure the highest quality of onsite work deliveries
- Accompany client to designated vendors for materials, accessories and furniture selections when needed
- Coordinate with inhouse drafter and 3D team
- Source reference material and research to ensure that materials and products are fit for purpose.
