The APAC Sales Intern will play an important role in supporting the sales strategy for the APAC Region. You will closely with key stakeholders both internally and externally to support the distribution and profitability for Dolce & Gabbana Beauty. This is an exciting role in a high-growth environment, our ideal candidate is driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to positively impact the organization.

How You Will Contribute

  • Collaborate: Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders (including Distribution Partners and Retailers) to support effective planning and delivery of Regional Sales Plans to deliver ambitious financial targets.
  • Sales Tracking and Analysis: Manage regular, methodical tracking and analysis of sales trends and KPIs, delivering insights to understand performance and identify sales opportunities.
  • Support: Consolidate and understand Regional Sales Plans, closely follow up to ensure perfect execution and pro-actively track, analyze and assess performance.
  • Pulse on the Market: Collect and assess market competitive landscape (including pricing, launches, events, etc.), feedback learnings, insights and make suggestions.

Key Requirements & Competencies

  • Undergraduates pursuing a Diploma/ Degree, preferably studying Business
  • Able to commit at least 6 months (Jan-June2025), full-time
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience creating pivot tables, slicers, and macros.
  • Passionate and motivated by delivering and tangibly seeing results along with a strong ownership mindset
  • Highly entrepreneurial with a start-up mentality, at ease working with ambiguity and within a lean support structure
  • Numerical with an inquisitive and curious nature
  • Excels in collaborative work and thinking
  • Willingness to learn new things out of your comfort zone
  • Very high attention to detail

  • Overall, you will gain valuable and relevant experience in Sales that will prepare you for future Sales roles within fast-paced work environments.
  • Develop your understanding of the Luxury Beauty business and how sales planning, execution and tracking is managed.
  • Recognize dynamic APAC markets needs and specificities.
  • Grow in soft skills, such as strengthening communication and time-management skills.

  • Management of Historical Top Podium Performance Summary
  • Weekly Preparation of Sales Performance Summaries
  • Monthly Topline Forecast Review
  • Focus on Point of Sale Materials vs Sellables Ratios
  • Monthly Topline Orders vs Forecast Review
  • Monthly Rankings Tracking, Review and Analysis
  • Ongoing Updates of APAC Distribution List Fine Fragrances, Velvet, Make Up, Travel Retail, E-comm
  • TR Distribution List for Visual Updates
  • Collection and Coordination with Milan Team for Ad Hoc POSM Orders
  • Development of Consolidated Price List Master File with Official & LM Prices
  • Coordination with Pricing Team in Milan for Global Price List Management
  • Development of TR Sales Performance Master File with DGB & TR Codes
  • Analysis and Recommendations of Key Consumption Period Offers and Activations
